RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At The Redolent Bouquet, we want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from our website.
ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
If the content of your package arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. We will find the best solution for your situation.
NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED?
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, it may be returned by mail only (15) days after delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges in order to return the package to The Redolent Bouquet. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in the original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number will be sufficient).
To ensure full credit, the item must be returned in the same condition, unused, and in original packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories. Conditions and exceptions may apply.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect the goods and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
TO RETURN YOUR ORDER BY MAIL
Step 1: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Step 2: Enclose a copy of the invoice that accompanied your order.
Step 3: Print a Return Label from Canada Post.
